The Problem

Helping a breakthrough product reach the right audience

Luminary is a new kind of AI platform built for exploration and understanding. Instead of simply answering questions, it helps people explore topics through interactive explanations, videos, quizzes, trusted sources, related ideas, and visual learning. As AI assistants increasingly become where people discover products, Botric helped expand Luminary's visibility across the platforms where that discovery now happens.

As more people began using Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI assistants to discover products and explore new topics, visibility across those platforms became increasingly important.

As AI assistants become the starting point for discovery, being visible across them is becoming just as important as ranking on Google.

Invisible in AI search

Limited visibility across AI assistants for exploration, discovery, and understanding-related queries, despite having a differentiated product.

A DA score of 1 meant search engines had no reason to trust the site. Even perfectly written content wouldn't rank without foundational authority signals.

March 2026 — Foundation
Audit, baseline, and infrastructure

Full technical audit completed. Botric mapped 30+ LLM prompts and ran every one through ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to establish a baseline. Luminary appeared in none of them. A backlink campaign launched targeting topically relevant domains. The first content pieces were published targeting "tools to understand difficult concepts" (now ranking #1). The first inflection point

Impressions jumped 24× to 7.4K in a single month, the clearest signal that the content and authority strategy was gaining traction. The homepage climbed from position 17 to 6.5. Domain Authority hit 35 (from 1). Impressions reached 15.7K. Organic users grew 80× from onboarding to 239/month. Multiple blog posts now ranking positions 1–7.
